2. We have the only functional GI endoscopy unit in The Gambia offering:

3. Sharab Medical Center is the only center offering AV fistula formation for dialysis in The Gambia
4. We offered the first and are the only center in The Gambia offering Penile implants
5. As far as we know we are the only center in The Gambia which has attracted clients from beyond Senegal as medical tourists including
